Q: Why can’t I see the commander core in cue software?
A: If you don’t see the Commander Core in the CUE software, this is all about USB detection. You don’t need a RGB lighting hub for your fans. On the Core controllers this is inside the device, but also why Core controllers can only do 6 fans and not the 2 x 6 for Pro controllers.
Q: How do I connect the commander core XT to my computer?
A: Install your COMMANDER CORE XT into your PC system. Connect the RGB fan lighting cables into the ports labeled RGB HUB. Connect your PWM fan cables into the ports labeled FANS. Connect a 3-pin RGB device (e.g. lighting strips, fan lighting hubs, or Hydro X components) into the port labeled RGB.
