A: The two Silkon Pads are simply slipped left and right over the mudguards (bumper) of the IO Hawk Cross and thus effectively prevent scratches and abrasions. In the case of a crash, the cross crosses the mudguards, unlike the first IOHAWK.
Q: How long does it take to install the IO Hawk trolley backpack?
A: This takes about 1 hour of work and can be done easily with the enclosed manual. The IO HAWK trolley backpack is available in 2 sizes and fits all standard hoverboards: 6.5 inch (recommended for IO Hawk One & IO Hawk Cross Mini) and 10 inch (recommended for IO Hawk Cross).
