Q: How many days a week do you work out on prolessa?
A: I work out at least 4 days out of the week. I’m trying to loose weight but in a healthy way. With Prolessa it’s more effective the more consistent you are with it! These are my results with a 30 day prolessa and working out. The prolessa has helped me target that stubborn lower stomach fat and side fat.
Q: Is Herbalife prolessa duo worth it?
A: If you can handle dying for a week it’s worth the pain. Pricey but if you sign up as a preferred member it’s cheaper. As a part of Herbalife’s great many products, Prolessa Duo is your go to supplement to help burn and reduce fat as well as minimize hunger. I use it in my Shakes to help keep me from overeating.
