Q: What is the packaging like for the new bumper?
A: The shipping packaging is sub par. It comes in a cardboard box with the bumper wrapped in a thin layer of foam. Mine had small scratches from the cardboard that I could use 0000 steel wool to buff it out.
Q: Should I paint the inside of my front bumper?
A: Only downside was just a couple unpainted/coated welds on the inside of the bumper. I hit those with a little paint / primer to help protect them. These are not remotely visible areas, only on the inside of the bumper. A touch of paint, and they should be fine for many years.
