A: Here is the description of the EZ Keeperz hook for soft plastics (from the Z-Man website) EZ KeeperZ incorporate unique, patent-pending keeper that is designed to securely hold all types of soft plastics, including ElaZtech®, Gulp!®, and conventional soft plastic baits.
Q: How to use a fishing hook?
A: The “keeper” on the hook is U-Shaped and allows the soft plastic to be placed in the middle of it. You would then squeeze the 2 prongs onto the bait and then give a little tug on the lure as you squeeze it to secure the lure onto the spikes inside of the clamp.
