A: After a time testing/using the 3640’s i have left that are still working are the ones with a CIS or continuous ink system installed. The others with the OEM ink cartridges have long since burnt out by clogging or shorted out the print heads by leaking. So there is indeed a purposeful design flaw built into these printers.
