A: Electric Tiger Lily is a bright orange neon hair dye that glows like a fresh spring lily. This shade glows brightly under black lights, so for best results, we recommend lightening hair to the lightest level 10 blonde before use. How many 4oz containers of Manic Panic hair color should I buy?
Q: Do you use Manic Panic on your hair?
A: Was wanting the color that was shown in the jar, Came out an Blonde like with a shade of Orange and when in a darken room with a black like it didn’t glow. Yes, I have use other Manic Panic dye many times to great results and I have bleached my hair, but I waited almost a month be using this color. Sorry Total Unhappiness this time.

A: This color sucks. I’ve used Manic Panic colors in the past with good results, but the last two times, it has ended horribly. My hair is various shades of yellow and green, with very little yellowish orange in the front, right after rinsing out.
