Q: What’s the difference between the past and the current hot sauce?
A: In the past the sauce was definitely thicker and had much better flavor. Most recently, this sauce that I bought two weeks ago has a more peppery flavor and the sauce is thinner. The sauce now also doesn’t have a strong chili taste. In the past, the sauce had a rich chili taste that’s I haven’t been able to find in other hot sauces.
