Q: What do you think about jawbone support?
A: When mine finally quit, I contacted the Jawbone support team which is outstanding. They are very helpful and worked with me to try and get it working again. When that didn’t work, they offered to get the band replaced.

A: About as useful and scientific as a horoscope. I’ve been wearing the UP24 band about 5 months now and come to the conclusion it is as advanced, scientific & helpful as a horoscope (with a pretty interface).

Q: What happened to the UP24?
A: But by the time mine went out, the UP24 had been discontinued and so they replaced it with the UP 2 which is not as elegantly styled, not easy at all to get on and off, is not securely fasten-able and does not track very well at all unless the ap is on all the time. I gave up on the UP2 and decided to search for an old UP24.
