FAQ:
Q: Does Pure Barre really work?
A: Pure Barre works when it is regularly practiced. However, the claims of it working for everybody in such a short span of time may be overblown. Results depend on several factors including regular participation, diet and eating habits, and also lifestyle issues such as sleep.
Q: Is Pure Barre worth it?
A: Pure Barre is not the only form of vigorous exercise out there. If you have the motivation and skills to work out as rigorously and safely as Pure Barre – on your own – with say a $25/month gym membership – then that’s a better deal. I don’t have that kind of motivation and skill. My exercise regimen was hit or miss before I started Pure Barre.
Q: What do Pure Barre do for a runner?
A: “Barre also incorporates ballet elements that strengthen your ankles and calves, helping you run with more stability in those areas,” Jenny says. That, coupled with greater core strength, improves balance—a must for runners who basically translate weight from one leg to the other as they go.
Q: What is Pure Barre exercise?
A: Pure Barre uses, you guessed it, a ballet barre and tiny, isometric movements to burn fat and sculpt long, lean muscles-no dancing experience required. Press play to start targeting your inner and outer thighs with this high-intensity but low-impact workout.
